Things it’ll need to make me upgrade from my Nexus One:
- 4”+ high resolution (more than 800x480) screen.
- New generation CPU+GPU.
- Lots of RAM (512mb min.).
- Good battery life (wishful thinking?).
- LED notification lights.
- Front facing camera.
